The whole process takes around 10 minutes. You'll use two apps — Glofox to manage your membership and Kisi to unlock the gym door. Both are free to download and work on iPhone and Android.
Glofox is the membership platform we use to manage signups, billing, and access. Click the Join button, create your account using your email address and purchase the Standard Membership. Your $49 sign-up fee and first fortnight ($31.90) will be charged at checkout.
Important: Use the same email address in Glofox and Kisi. This is how the two apps communicate — a different email in each will prevent your access from being granted.
Kisi is the app you'll use to unlock the gym door every time you visit. Download it from the App Store or Google Play and create your account using the same email address you used for Glofox.
Heads up: Glofox and Kisi sync every 30 minutes. If you registered at 12:20pm, access will be activated after 12:30pm. You can complete your Kisi setup in the meantime — it'll be ready and waiting when the sync runs.
Once you've created your Kisi account, follow the in-app setup prompts to configure your access. Enable Bluetooth and location permissions when asked — Kisi uses these to detect when you're at the gym door and unlock it automatically or via tap.
Allow all permissions Kisi requests during setup. Without Bluetooth and location access the door unlock won't function correctly.
Once the Glofox–Kisi sync has run, your access is live. Open the Kisi app when you arrive at the gym, tap to unlock the door, and you're in. No staff. No check-in desk. No waiting. Just train.
Your membership renews automatically every fortnight. Nothing to do, no check-ins required, no reminders. If you ever need to pause, make changes, or cancel, just email us at admin@rarehamihill.com.au. Please note cancellations require two weeks notice.

Yes — this is important. Glofox and Kisi communicate using your email address to match your membership to your access credentials. If they don't match, access won't be granted. Use exactly the same email in both apps.
Yes. To cancel, email us at admin@rarehamihill.com.au with your name and request. Cancellations require two weeks notice. Your access will remain active during the notice period.
Yes — email admin@rarehamihill.com.au for any membership changes, pauses, or updates. These are covered by your one-off sign-up fee so there's no additional charge.
Make sure Bluetooth and location permissions are enabled for the Kisi app in your phone settings. If the door still won't unlock, text us on 0429 052 002 and we'll sort it out.
Rare Hami Hill is unstaffed by design — that's part of what keeps the membership price where it is and the gym quiet.
